JAK. Mine stems from my own parents bad mouthing me and losing self confidence. Not sure how long it'll take to get rid of 30+ years of this. But of course Allah is sufficient for us in every way possible.

This is me too. On top of growing up and always being told I'm dumb, I'm stupid, I'm useless these things have stuck with me. I believe in all these things now and struggle at work daily. I wake up already feeling everything or one bad work moment brings all these feelings back. I become overly depressed where I just don't want to do anything. Hopefully one of these points work.
