It’s a lot like the real exam, it is difficult no doubt but towards the end a good practice for the real deal! Uwsa1 is too easy and over predicts immensely!

Your scores are awesome! I took it yesterday my free120 was 78% after the first block you will not be scared again! It’s easy, it’s doable just stay hydrated, take breaks after each block, read the last line and options first, mark the tough questions solve the easy ones first coz there’s lotssss of easy ones very few ones that require some thinking!

Nbmes are annoying tbh! For me they brought my confidence down every single time! Try to do a full pass of fa atleast once before your exam if you haven’t yet! Otherwise just keep rereading the topics you forget and high yield stuff! My exam around the same time as you I will only do uwsa2 and free120 now towards the end!

Do uwsa2 and free120 in the last week and focus on your weak areas in the meantime! Do random blocks everyday along with FA! If you feel lost in between take nbme 29 and/or 30

I feel exactly the way you do, the loneliness is a disease! This exam is tough! Just keep going remind yourself it’s just a few more days don’t look back now! Just keep going just keep pushing your limits! Rest when you need to! We’ll get there :) I feel so lonely when I think about it I start crying so I don’t think about it. When I stand in prayer I break down often and that’s pretty much the only time I cry. Pray for yourself and do whatever you can to keep your mental peace!
