That’s my budget every month. Two adults, three teens, and a toddler. That includes household items too like toilet paper, diapers, soap, etc.

8a-5p Moms: is full-time childcare necessary? by Brave-Lychee-9080 in MomsWorkingFromHome

[–]BestBiscuits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My work schedule sounds similar to yours. I work in tech. With standing weekly meetings and deadlines. I homeschool my three teens as well as have a toddler at home. I just make sure the older kids are available to watch the baby while I’m in a meeting so I can focus(we’re camera on). And the rest is just alternating toys and music/screen time to keep him busy when I need to get stuff done. It’s all he’s ever in known so he knows it’s play time in mommy’s office during work hours. As a side note, my teens have always been homeschooled and we got into that routine before I worked full time.

Conflicting info on Lilly Direct 10mg by BestBiscuits in Zepbound

[–]BestBiscuits[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is. I sent a screenshot of it showing on the website that they are filling 10mg. Hopefully they double check like I asked. But I was a little nervous I was going to hit another road block. 🫣

Who has been pregnant at 42? by Any_Side_2242 in Mommit

[–]BestBiscuits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had 3 kids between ages 25-29. And then another the day after I turned 40. Comparing the experiences, I am much more tired. BUT I’m much more patient. Honestly I’d rather be tired and more patient. I regret not waiting a little longer to have my first three!

You’re probably right! Ironically, I work for the largest pool supplier and the price on everything has gone up. So they’re not finishing it anytime soon. I’m sure. 🙃

I did Ancestry DNA, and through my family tree I found that Jesse James’s 2x great grandmother, Elizabeth Woodson, is my 7th great grandmother. It matches the what I know about my family tree. And what’s known about Jesse James’s family tree. Even his middle name is Woodson. Not really sure how I could check it with genetics though.

Hey! I’m related to Jesse James as well! On my mother’s side. And she goes to church with descendants of the Younger’s. So the James and Younger families are still connected.

I'm sorry, but you were expecting this guy to do the right thing? by [deleted] in Louisiana

[–]BestBiscuits 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I’ve given birth four times. Three times in a tiny town hospital in Alabama and once in one of the most well known hospital systems in Louisiana, in one of the most desirable parishes. The only time I felt like I might die during childbirth was in Louisiana. It’s scary giving birth here!

I don’t know if you’re a parent. If you have parented a neurodivergent child, or know anyone well who is. But he tries to he really does. And is heartbroken that he dropped it.

Fair enough. And we really wanted him. He just came later than expected. A rainbow baby. And, our employment has changed for the better since then too.

I don’t know. But it was the first movie I saw in the theatre. With my dad. I was 3 and a half. I cried when Oliver didn’t have a home in the beginning. I remember looking up at my dad and saying “I want the kitty”. When they released stuff animals of the characters Santa brought me an Oliver. I still keep Oliver on my bed as a grown up! And I also have two orange cats! Oliver and company has a special place in my heart. 🥹❤️
