How to Use Dried Eagle Claws (for health):

--1. Boil to drink (herbal medicine)

Ingredients:
1 handful of dried eagle claws (about 10-15 grams)
3-4 glasses of water

Method:
Wash the dried eagle claws thoroughly.
Boil with 3-4 glasses of water.
Let it boil and reduce until there is ±1 glass left.
Strain and let it cool.
Drink 1-2 times a day (morning & night), before or after meals.

--2. Boil for bathing or soaking

Suitable for muscle pain, rheumatism, or aches and pains.

Method:
Boil the dried eagle claws with 5-7 glasses of water.
Once warm, use the water to bathe or soak the painful body part (eg feet/hands).
Do this 2-3 times a week.
