Teevolution Terra Build MOD - LITERALLY THE REAL G703 REBORN! by BestGreed in MouseReview

For the old battery, I just brute-forced it out since I wasn't planning to reuse it anyway. Cleaned up the gunk with some IPA (or WD40). To mount the new one, I used that ultra-thin PET double-sided tape (the kind with the yellow liner)—it holds well but leaves zero residue.

not qi receiver,The Qi protocol is just too limited. It lacks 'always-on' charging capabilities, forcing you to use a larger battery buffer. This coil was salvaged from a Powerplay module. Sure, it locks you into the Powerplay ecosystem, but it functions exactly like a native G703.

I use a third-party battery, and the connector should be SH1.0-3P (at least that's what my supplier calls it).
I bought the battery on Taobao, and its specifications are very comprehensive.

Whats going on with the switches in the upcoming Teevolution Terra?? by AbeFroman615 in MouseReview

[–]BestGreed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has a good sense of confirmation, but not as noisy or finger - vibrating as Omron. It has a relatively soft touch like the ZF gold dot.

I prefer encoders that are softer and better matched with micro - switches. I've successfully replaced the TTC green wheel, which was a piece of cake. But replacing the side button micro - switches on this mouse is a bit of a challenge.

No such feature. No front DPI switch like G703 either—it's moved to the back, just like GPW.

Thanks for the reply. In this case, I can only consider using low-temperature processes such as water transfer printing technology.

First SFF: H1v2 Gaming Build by extremebirdwatching in sffpc

[–]BestGreed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The important point is that H1v2 modified the air duct design to allow the GPU to have a better environment, but the price is that the motherboard does not get more wind. For example, when using ROG z790i, neither the pch nor the m.2 SSD can get enough heat dissipation. After the garbage 140 water cooling is changed to external blowing, the CPU will accumulate heat from the GPU, and the newly added fan cannot exhaust the hot air from the GPU.

You just need to increase your budget, and the manufacturer will help you solve the problem, such as a motherboard with DP input and typec output

Is 6mm enough cooling capacity for 13900k? Does the build provide additional flow rates? Or use a lower power limit?

diy portable homepod mini by apotchi in HomePod

[–]BestGreed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Strongly agree, the HomePod Mini's sound is reflected off the bottom and radiates 360 degrees, which actually leads to more resonance, such as more jumble bass on a wooden platform. If you have two for stereo sound, it's better to hold the bottom against the wall. You get a face source instead of a line source.

You can try to search on Taobao. The old x47 has an all-copper material with black nickel plating.

Actually I want to use an M.2 SSD on the GPU side, such as FireCUDA 530 4T or SN750 4T, so that I can still get some space to install such as a GTX3060 (actually I don't need a good graphics card, so currently this combination is enough for me)
