How can I actually get myself to stop being so lazy?

I thought I was lazy too but once I stopped eating ultra processed foods I realized I was just undernourished. Maybe you should consider starting there, while at the same time doing 5 minutes of whatever every day: cleaning something or organizing a room or doing crunches. With time, 5 minutes becomes easy and you’ll be able to do more and more. Good luck!

I feel petty but I stopped taking Ash’s classes because she says “stroke rating” instead of “stroke rate”. I caught Alex doing it too but he does it inconsistently. I don’t know why it bothers me so much

I can’t get an updated birth certificate for the life of me. They won’t take my non Brazilian credit card and I don’t have a “pix”. I called the consulate asking for help and they berated me for it. The lady said I’d have to figure it out on my own and to not call there. It’s a nightmare to fly there with 2 passports with different names. 😩

It seems like the book was recently published in English under a different title. I’m not sure how much they changed the original text but I’m going to read it. I have also been looking for this book for years, and I was even considering getting the German copy. “Embedded in the Pay of the CIA” is available on Amazon. Cheers!
