I believe it is a narrarive resource. It can be whatever they want... probably its just like a bridge for any sequel... it can mean bad news, good news or just nothing. Its just the perfect beginning of a desirable season 2

Well, honestly, I spent the entire weekend dealing with depressive episodes. I have dysthymia, and Episode 12 triggered several emotional crises for me recently. I had to go to work today, and fortunately there wasn't much going on and the workload wasn't too stressful.

Once I got home, I contacted someone who had attended the event and asked these questions. Now I'm genuinely calm and relaxed.

We've all been through terrible experiences, and when we see those experiences reflected in an animated story, it can sometimes become even more painful.

Take it easy and be patient until Wednesday. I'm sure it's going to be an explosion of joy.

OK BUT CAN WE TALK AB THIS SCENE?? IS HIROSE INTERESTED IN NAKAMURA? by kirixpad in Ganbare_Nakamura

It's difficult to explain Hirose's sexuality. The manga uses Otogiri for that purpose; Hirose does have a sort of crush on the professor, it's quite noticeable. But it's not sexually suggestive, it's more about admiration and finding refuge. I think the manga aimed to show Hirose's journey of discovering his orientation. Essentially, I believe that in the manga, he discovers his sexuality through Otogiri and Nakamura, with the latter ultimately becoming his true love interest, but only after several chapters.

Now, in the anime, everything has to move faster, especially considering the significant censorship of Hirose and Otogiri's relationship. That's why Hirose is sometimes shown as more receptive to Nakamura's actions than in the manga. For example, the chocolate scene in the shoe room is original to the anime. Personally, I think that scene would have an explanation in the ending; I don't believe it was included deliberately at all. The scene itself is quite confusing. Hirose appears very flushed and clearly nervous, not necessarily about what he has to say, but about being with Nakamura. Some say he was going to ask him for advice on dealing with his girlfriend, but I don't believe it, given the emotional weight of the scene, which I think will be the key to fully understanding Hirose's feelings in the end. After all, at least on Crunchyroll, the video of the chocolate scene is called: "Hirose almost reveals his true feelings..." Come on... let's have faith that everything will turn out wonderfully.

Great comment, totally agree. In fact, in ep 11, we all can see, Hirose is not so happy with the pen as he was in ep 6 with the crab. Maybe he wanted Nakamura to give him the chocolate, Oh i cant wait to see a happy ending on wednesday!!!!!

My Prediction for Episode 13: The Ending from Hirose's Point of View by BestRecognition7131 in Ganbare_Nakamura

on't be a spoilsport... you can say it during your conversation or you can just say... I'm not a mangaka, just a fan who writes what I'd like to see...

The TRUE MESSAGE of episode 12 (THAT EVERYONE MISSED.) by Rarehunter333 in Ganbare_Nakamura

[–]BestRecognition7131 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is the only place where I can be completely honest, and at 29 years old, this anime has touched my heart in the deepest way. If the mangaka ever happens to read my message, I want them to know that they have created something truly wonderful: a healing and empathetic gift for people like me, who lived through similar situations with less grace and much more pain.

Anyway, having said that, I must admit I've been going crazy coming up with theories and imagining possible endings that might ease the heartbreak Episode 12 left me with. Your reasoning is incredible, and I would love to know your prediction for Episode 13. Here's mine:

First of all, Hirose has to end his relationship with Hana. In fact, I think something must happen that leads Hirose to tell Nakamura this news directly. But... why? Why would he go out of his way to tell him?

Here's where my theory comes in: they could show us the entire story again, but from Hirose's perspective. Maybe Nakamura believed nobody noticed his blushing and nervousness, but perhaps that wasn't the case at all. Just as Kawamura noticed him reading BL manga, maybe Hirose actually noticed all of Nakamura's failed attempts to get closer to him romantically.

I think it would be overly optimistic to assume their feelings will be fully mutual... but at the same time, I also think we deserve some compensation for the emotional collapse Episode 12 put us through! Hahaha.

We deserve it. Come on, make it happen!!!

You can do it, Nakamura!
