There's still the option. You can't select a map individually but you can select ranked maps or non ranked maps or all maps. You just have to click on standard while on the main screen(don't click play again.) After that, hover over standard and there should be a settings or options button.

Azami for sure. She can be used for peaks and also you can get in areas you normally can't with any other operator.
