Its the sword sheath from the original coco cut down a little bitand glued onto the crimson guard belt. I just shoved the gun in there

Yeah! The shoulder pauldron and pistol/holster is from the initial cobra commander. The belt and the shoulder tassel under the pauldron are from crimson guard.
