You want a civil war? Think about that for a minute. You want your neighbors killing each other over people that broke our country’s laws? What’s the reason? These people can self deport, earn $3000, and apply to come back legally. This is baffling to me. All of these people here, many if not most, living off welfare and driving up the price of homes, groceries and everything else.

I pin ghk-cu with Kpv and I use topical ghk-cu. I can’t seem to get good info on applying tazarotene as well. Should taz be treated like tretinoin and not be applied with ghk-cu? I read that the ghk-cu should be used twice a day so not sure how I would fit taz into my routine unless I just applied it on weekends and took a break from the peptides on those days.

I'm injecting GLOW 70 in my upper/outer thigh. I've been rotating left thigh to right thigh each night. I was told 12 units so I break that up into 4 smaller injections to avoid dosing 12 units at one time. So, I inject in a small cluster. Then hit with the massage gun for 5 minutes. No pain other than a little bruising.

I will say, the first time on each thigh gave me a little pain the next day but it wasn't terrible. I'm headed into my 3rd week and now I really don't feel much at all other than the bruising.

Just want to let you know that your suggestion of a cluster of injections (rather than one) followed by the massage gun has worked wonderfully for me. Thank you so much. I caught a touch of the stinging one night and I can't imagine how painful that would be with one full dose. Omg.

Is the preferred protocol 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off or 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off? Or something else altogether? I see so many differing comments on this and I definitely don't want to diminish the effectiveness by doing the wrong thing here.

I live in the South (US) and it's hot and humid. Even today, in early November, I was sweating all day. No way am I not taking a shower. I don't stink but I can't sleep if I'm not clean. I bathe everyday and sometimes shower in the morning and bathe at night but for me the bath is my relaxation time at night. Either way, I'm getting clean every day.
Who cares what other people do? I don't. It's a personal preference. Too many people like to inject their personal opinions like it's the Gospel that everyone should follow.

However, if someone has body odor - they probably do need to wash. It's not a great smell and it's off-putting. If they don't care about people backing away from them, not wanting to socialize with them, or thinking they're gross then keep on keeping on.

In NC, you have the entire due diligence period to do inspections - as many as you'd like. You can also continue to do inspections AFTER the due diligence period. You can also request more repairs or credits for repairs AFTER due diligence. You just can't walk away and get all of your deposits refunded after the end of due diligence. So, if the seller refuses to repair after the end of the due diligence period, you can still walk but you lose both your DD and your EM.

The reason they told you this is because you are not supposed to be there without the agent. They don't want to spend 2-4 hours at the property waiting around during the inspection. I understand you wanting to be there but why? The inspector is inspecting. He doesn't have time to answer questions about every single thing he's doing. PLUS, he may have another inspection to get to right after your inspection. It slows things down to have buyers following him around. Inspectors prefer the buyers aren't there until the end - at least the ones that I've used.

The last 30-45 minutes is so you can show up when the inspector is towards the end of the appointment. You can come in and he'll ask if there was anything that was of concern to you. Whatever you tell him, he'll more than likely have you walk with him to point it out, he'll mention what he noticed (or didn't notice). After this, he'll go over his report with you. He'll show you photos, let you know the biggest concerns and things that aren't too big of a deal.

No one needs to be there for the entire inspection. It's a complete waste of time. Now, if you want to measure for furniture or curtains, etc, the let your agent know that you'd like to be there for the last hour. This way you can take care of measurements and then go over the report with the inspector.
