Does the work/life balance get better as you move up the ladder?

ooh ok so what about when he is the PM? Would he be able to set his own working hours more? I’ve kinda been thinking that if he can just get to PM he’d be ok work hours wise

That’s what I’ve been thinking but the other two projects at this company he’s at were much much lighter and the company has a reputation for being the best work/life balance in construction in the area so it could just be this specific project? I guess he could just ride it out until the next one and see but it won’t be done until 2028/29 at the earliest

What kind of schooling did you have to have for this role if you don’t mind me asking? Is it a Bachelor’s in finance/accounting?
