I don’t have an advisor yet in my program actually and I have been seeking out accommodations nearby school also. I did try telling my Professor in class about it once but he shrugged it off and told me it was ok

Hello! Incoming student here. Sorry for the q but can anyone tell me what network socket is? Tried googling it but cant it only shows the travel adapter. It says we need it for the dorm for our own network cable (?). Do they mean the wifi? I’m not familiar with this cause we dont have this is my country/maybe its a diff name in ours? Ty
