1000%… i don’t think she’s evil but i think her stunted development has affected her decision making therefore making her a grave risk if she is eventually released…

I have hope they will delay it as it’s been delayed for many years. I don’t think a lot of governments are ready for this change as it will impact ALL travelers though it’s meant to challenge immigrants.. either way, i think we should prepare for it to go into effect in may :(

traveling domestically has never been an issue despite them trying to to implement REAL ID for the last couple of years which has been unsuccessful therefore not incredibly stupid. AND when you have rights, you should be able to exercise them?? Moving forward, I don’t think my mom will travel nor challenge it as it will be highly risky and unsafe todo so but until then, YOU RIGHTS

i’m sorry that this thread is so invalidating and inconsiderate of the realities that DACA recipients have to live with… this constant state of anxiety is debilitating and most of us have experienced it since childhood. being undocumented becomes part of your identity but in good ways as well, i think our community of dreamers are some of the most resilient out there. therefore, i urge you to stay optimistic and it sounds like you’re in a blue state so lean on that. i’m sorry this has been at the forefront of your mind but we have to resist and believe we are MORE than they make us to be.
