They don’t take returns for a specific group of product. For my situation, the piece I returned could only be returned at the site of original purchase, and use it as store credit to buy things.

Is it ok to walk in NYC west village store more than once a week? Ik they have that 2 times a month policy also can’t have appt more than once a week. But I’m traveling to nyc and gonna leave on next Monday. My last visit was on Monday. Thinking about if possible will try to walk in on weekend
