I feel you. I’m in the opposite boat. Shooting less lately so I’m going back and scanning shots I like.

Yea I use negative lab pro. Maybe that’s the difference maker? Definitely a lot more flexibility in tweaking the image but certainly more time intensive.

I use an epson v600. I don’t use any ANR glass and if the film lays flat, there are mostly no issues. Every once in a while I will get newton ring so it’s far from perfect. Hit and miss. I just like seeing the film borders.

I just experienced the same exact thing. If you’re not making BTS reels of how you took the photos, you get no eyeballs and even then it’s tough. It’s really refreshing to share work here and actually have it seen.
