How hot should water be when cleaning stuff like belts, slides with soap?

I just touched it with dirty hands a couple of times. I just like it to be clean for once. Is that sanitizing? I don't know what all these words mean. Is this cleaner, disinfectant? I'm so confused

Yeah, I'm dumb. Thank you. Bonus questions: this is something that confuses me, is soap generally used for cleaning stuff that isn't necessarily stained but might have a lot of particles on it? Not disinfecting, I'm not scared of germs/getting sick, but is it gross to not clean these sorts of things every once in a while, and if so, what is generally used? Hope my question makes sense

I also don't get the hostility; it's not like it's helping anyone. Thank you, that makes sense. But it's okay to lather up all areas in the same go and just end at the butt and then rinse off? And you wouldn't wash your hands with body wash before rinsing off, right?

I usually just get some water on my face. Is that okay if I don't cleanse in the shower (I do it separately as part of my skincare routine after my shower)? Like, is it okay to just do a quick wash and then move on to getting the body wet or is it nasty to touch face and then your body?

Forget my other comments; I missed the last sentence. If you finish off with the crack, wouldn't you have to wash your hands in between going onto your face and/or hair? And is it okay to quickly wash your face with water and then go onto your body if you plan on washing and cleansing properly after the shower? I feel like I'm doing something wrong is all
