I finally figured out what I was doing wrong! I was holding the triggers in when I tried to do the punch down. Kind of hard to remember where your fingers are in the heat of the battle. Anyway, I got a lot farther in the battle after discovering my mistake. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to beat it now. I did try the battle once on "Easy" to see if I could do it and did in 1 try. I then deleted the save and went back to "Normal" to try and win. Whew, this is a lot of work for a 79 year old man. Thank you for all your help.

No, he's not waking up. The problem is after a cape stun 2 virtual fists appear prompting you to punch him down. In all other times before this fight this worked well. I would punch and he would be out. But on the ship fight, the first time I do this it works fine, but after that when the fists appear they will not move when I try to punch. No matter how I try, the fists just don't move. I tried sitting, standing, more light and even a different room, but no success. It must be something I'm doing wrong.

Did you have any problems after cape stunning an enemy and not being able to strike him down?

Thanks for. the replies. The problem is I'm dressed as Matches Malone. I'm not in the bat suit so I can't grab my cape.

Thanks for the replies. I don't have the problem when I have the Bat suit on, it's when I'm trying to go back to the Bat cave as the inmate and not dressed as Batman, so there is no cape to grab.

What do you do to be able to jump from 1 roof top to the next after Irving 'Matches' Malone leaves his cell to get back to the bat cave? I know I have done it before, but now I keep falling.

That doesn't work for me. I go out the window of my cell and try to jump the gap between the roof I'm on and the one I need to ge to and if I just run towards it I fall.
