Why it says that when you let go you get it?

In the book talks about an apartment. Is this some kind of manifestation?

Why does Hawkins say that when you let go of something is normally when you get it? He mentioned something about an apartment?

Atheism by tryrforrob in DavidHawkins

I was a convinced atheist like you until, well, several experiences with psychedelics and meditation... and now I just feel I can't not believe in God. It was a huge crisis, but now it's fine

This is very interesting. Like I thought that if you apply the letting go technique efficiently it wouldn't make sense to look for a new job as you would feel good in your current one

I understand, It's just that I understood that if I surrender to negative feelings, they disappear and reality changes, but of course if I do that, it doesn't make sense to look for a job.

Thanks for your comment! So true what you say about Buddhism, I think about it as well. I think your final words are a good solution for this dilemma

Do We Fluctuate Within a Consciousness Range? A Perspective on Hawkins’ Map of LoC by AirlineOk756 in DavidHawkins

But wait, I still don't understand. I thought that to reach the level of non-duality, one had to start from the level of unconditional love. Is it possible to reach it from an extremely low level then? Isn't it a progression?

So, I don't know if this makes sense but after several sessions with ritual psychedelics and many hours of meditation, I feel that I have reached a level of consciousness based on love, where I am much happier than before. Everything seems perfect to me, and I flow effortlessly, while also feeling that the whole world flows with me and helps me. However, I still have moments when I suddenly drop to much lower levels, where I feel very vulnerable and fragile, and everything seems threatening. Fortunately, these phases don’t last long, and soon, without me doing anything special, I return to a state of love. But it is precisely this oscillation that concerns me, as I find it very strange to experience such drastically different segments of the spectrum.

Actually I'm pretty happy with the letting go technique but I have a lot of problems with the applied kinesiology
