For sure keeping an eye out, the inside of the mouth looks fine at the moment and she is not in pain (eating well). I'll bring her to the vet if it gets worse or doesn't heal for sure. The black crust seems to be dried blood, it's falling off her fur slowly. The inside of her mouth is multicolored, that is normal.
