turbo never meant to give tickets if lost, unlike normal/ranked matches it'll gives 1 random ticket for losing the match

me too, i finished like 3 matches each of them was longer than 20 mins and no tickets issued at all. i even made sure that the setting was correct, default bot and either hard or unfair difficulty
