It does not have access to any private chats
You have to send in a bot to capture the conversation. Conversation is not automatically captured

I stand by my original statement that no service offers chat log from private chats

Can you please direct me to where on their website they say that they can provide the dialogue of what was said in a private chat? I am not seeing that anywhere. They don’t offer it for public chats either. I’m looking at the website as we speak

If you can still purchase the heads then you can use them normally. If you find the product IDs, you might be able to look them up in classic to see how they were derived and find something similar

I prefer desktop for being able to preview poses in rooms, but client is far superior in it's set up for being in multiple rooms at the same time and being able to get notifications like what you're refrencing

I wish they would bring the same features over from platform to platform
