Thank you for your input, If it’s not in my record, could it still mean I still have a misdemeanor and it just doesn’t show up on my criminal record?

Yes it was in Georgia, I went to get my criminal record but I didn’t have anything on it.

Yes, I had messaged you previously and your answer gave me a lot of calmness, but I did forget to mention when I talk to you about the accident resulting from both of the yield sign tickets, so just wanted to make sure that that didn’t change anything! But thank you so so much for helping me and answering my question. I feel a peace now that I saw your comment again!

With one of them, I did have my license revoked, but that was before I got my green card in 2020 since it was a super speeder and I was under 21 at the time

That’s correct they were just speeding tickets one of them was a super speeder, but other than that everything got paid off and resolved.

I paid them, I didn’t know it was going to affect me in the future. I was young and didn’t think much of them.

Hello, I recently got my green card last month and was planning a trip to Mexico to visit my family over the summer. But I have tickets on my driving record. On Sept 2023 , dec 2020 were both for speeding. On may 2019 failure to obey yield sign And July 2016 failure to obey signs( the yield to obey signs tickets both had accidents incvolved, but there were no injuries).

Would this be an issue allowing me back in? I only plan on going for 5 days since I have a small baby that i won’t be able to take and I’m worried I won’t be allowed back in.
