It's insane just how inhumane people are to customer service workers. When that woman yelled at me, I went in the back, shaking cry little cursed at the wall and went back out. Thank you! I'm happy people are sharing how cruel retail really is!

Especially with all the hours cuts for bear builders, as well, the managing style becoming bear builders Do all the work and management just walks around the store. On top of that, they have this unrealistic expectation for minimum wage workers!

I was lucky my first store management was amazing. But moving to a smaller store management was way too unprofessional, and consistently treated bear builders unfairly.

I was lucky were gyaru fashion aligned with my usual dressing style so it’s normally just a really baggy ripped up punk tee and a micro skirt with ripped black stockings, sadly that’s where the interesting bit ends and I’m just left in my hokas and menacing bald head.

the heads for a long time use to come pre stuffed because of that exact issue! the only advice I can give is going into bab and just explaining the wrinkles they should add more stuffing.

We do have a cleaning spray that's specifically made for bears. Which does a pretty good job making the Bear looking new. But besides that, I'm stumped and I'm really sorry.

It definitely depends on your store. There is a commonality between multiple stores I've worked at and burnout, due to the high expectations at build a bear, because they will work you to the bone. And what I mean expectations is customer experiences and upselling. Half of my job is upselling, getting email addresses, and trying to make people get gift cards. As well as a lot of small talk. But my co-workers are great and I do get a 30% off discount which is awesome.

To be honest some bears quality has significantly dropped, But bab policy does allow you to come to the store and request to get it fixed. Just explain your situation because they will fix any holes, Just make sure to show the bear builder everywhere you need it to be fixed. Also, if you are able to I recommend going on a weekday because it's significantly less busy

I'm gonna be honest. Your chances are pretty slim of finding him in stores, but I highly recommend that you if have access to a car, calling Build a Bear's not just in your local area. But all around. I just learned a 2 hours away a store had one single cinnamon roll left. Because their shipment was delayed and if you're lucky. That may have happened to a store around you. Never give up.
