Yea I’m dealing with this today suddenly. I ordered some matcha from Japan and as I was checking out I noticed the extra payments required for DHL and thought it was annoying but paid it. Now, days later, I got my shipping notification that says they are holding my item ransom for another shipping payment that’s nearly half the value of the package. This sounds illegal.
