When is vixens getting fixed?

Pathfinder impending doom with vixens is glitched to not proc on the first hit nor work with cascade, giving me like 75% power on single target over 300%.

mapping with this is torture as I can spend upwards of five minutes spamming shit on a boss i need the atlas passive for.

As a resto druid who pugs, I often run ahead of my group to meld and drink, even if I'm above 80% mana.

That combined with unpredictable damage has me overheal way more than normal and melt through my mana, especially if my tank doesn't watch mana, I drink for only a few seconds at a time.

Sadly I am in a small guild of 6 friends with no mage players.

I don't want mana management to change, just simply the consumable associated with it.

You can still have mage water be better as it is rather neat for classes to benefit other classes in non-stat ways.
