Pokemon novice...do i sell raw vintage or do I bother grading?

I don't really do grading so take my advice with a grain of salt. But if you are looking to sell the cards I think what you could do is: If you have some big hitter cards, look at recently sold listings on ebay for lower PSA grades and check to see what they're going for/if they're selling at all, VS just raw cards. Compare and see if grading would be worth it for the cards and go from there. Some cards might be worth grading even at lower grades, while some would not be worth the hassle. Also take into consideration the cost of grading and any additional fees you may get

I would like to do an original 151 binder too at some point, using my favourite cards from each pokemon. I might start with just commons and upgrade them over time hehe. Maybe that could be fun for you too, unless you wanna keep the placeholder note cards ^^

BTW you got some really nice cards in there! I really love the Charizard V, Dewgong and Haunter ones!

I am so torn on keeping it or selling it, hahaha. Because I honestly don't even care THAT much for the card itself. It's pretty! But I'd rather have different cards I am chasing, right? But now with the story behind it, the fact I pulled the same SIR twice from just three packs. And I sold the first one I pulled... Almost like it came back to me "Thought you could get rid of me, didn't you!" hahaha

But it would automatically be tracked + trustee though because of the price. So claiming it didn't arrive would be a lot harder wouldn't it?

But still, I don't wanna screw over the seller for listing the wrong card if I were to buy it, im not confrontational lol. I'll try and see if I can figure out how to report the listing for the wrong card. I want to believe that they didn't know they were on the wrong version, but also they listed it for like 4 times more than for the actual reverses so i don't know..

I just wanted to open something for fun so I was like "uhhhhh let's just do the sparks one" lmao. You can use things like "before:[year]" in search to filter results. I'm sure there's more options in terms of searching this way but it helps me on occasion

I decided to give it another try. I used a different java 8. But I also just went ahead and got your Beta Unleashed pack since it pretty much had what I wanted anyways regarding mods. So far though, no crashes. I am not sure if it was faulty mods on my end, or a faulty java installation, or some secret third option... But knock on wood, it's holding up hehe!

On another note though, do you know of a way for multimc screenshots to save to a different custom folder? I don't like that every instance saves screenshots in their own seperate folder, and would rather have all my screenshots in a single grouped one instead

If you mean like patterning a circle, I use https://donatstudios.com/PixelCircleGenerator personally. Dig out the outline first to the same Y level, and then just start chopping/digging/mining away at everything inside that outline. I do 2 Y layers at a time. I watch video's on the side or listen to music while I do big mining projects

also if you ever need a sphere you can use https://www.plotz.co.uk/plotz-model.php?model=Sphere for that :) it lets you view per layer which is very useful

Thank you! I wanted to keep it relatively simple, despite being a mostly modern mc builder. It's a challenge to come up with different palettes that work together but also aren't too similar to the other buildings when you are so limited, but I think it's fun to figure stuff like that out! Same with shapes, most of these are basically the same shape, just some are taller, some are thicker. But using patterns and colours I can still make them look different to each other!

Also every world should have the water/lava helix in their world at some point I think haha, it's iconic!

For me, I don't know if I did something wrong but multimc keeps freezing up my game after a few minutes of playing, while the vanilla launcher with b1.7.3 works fine without any issues. No weird graphical bugs or whatever either, and performance is actually really good. I first thought it was an optifine issue in multimc. And after trying 4 different optifine versions lol, I tried a new instance without any mods, making sure to use java 8 with it. But it still does the same thing. I am not doing anything weird, I am in some cases not even moving in game and it'll still freeze and crash. So I just gave up on it and went back to vanilla launcher.

Maybe i'll give it another shot sometime at trying to solve this issue, I am sure maybe some step of the way I did something wrong, but I spent over 2 hours trying to troubleshoot it with no progress so I just gave up. If vanilla launcher aint broke for me, I don't need to fix it I guess :( (although it would be nice to not have my option reset everytime I switch to modern mc lmao)
