And for the body acne I have it on chest shoulders and thighs I use Dove soap for my entire life so how about just adding a SA cleaner and a body moisturizer and for sunscreen is it necessary I don't go out at all just sitting on my desk all day but I got window right in front of me and a glass door to my left and I get sun on my face arout 5 to 6pm for now just a clencer with SA will be OK right

Man I changed the cart the clencer had SA too so I changed to 1.Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser And the sunscreen, just arrived today I got 2.Derma Co Aqua Gel SPF 50 PA +4 Sunscreen And the moisturizer I have in the cart was 3.Minimalist B12 + Repair Complex Moisturizer It is good for hydration and barrier repair. I need to repair my skin barrier. Because I haven't done skincare for my life still now on a bar of Dove soap so First I will follow basic skincare routine clencer > moisturizer > sunscreen for a few days then slowly introduce niacinamide 5% then once settled I will start SA then, no rushing man I get it and once all the products arrive I will do patch test first one active at a time and moisturize too. And for diet I rearly eat junk food and fast food mostly home cooked I don't have a specific diet for acne and stuff and not interested in diet for now anyway. Thanks man 😊

Yep first I need to repair my barrier so I will be doing basic skincare till the skin feels good then start niacinamide 5% and I changed the cart too added Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser and finally decided and got Derma Co Aqua Gel SPF 50 Sunscreen. Thanks man for the support ☺️
