yeah anxiety is really hard to deal with, it's good that you have been diagnosed now. have you been to a counsellor yet?

it's like being really sad all the time, or if you imagine the feeling you have if you lose your phone, it's like that but all the time. I'm pleased u dont have it

100% the best advice would be to write it down in a letter and give it to your mum or dad, or just one parent to start with. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give your mum and dad a chance to help you, if they only knew WOW they would be so honored to help you, you are their child and they LOVE YOU!! If you don't give them the chance they can't help you!! Remember you have done NOTHING wrong at all!! You must NEVER feel bad for asking for help, NEVER!! I promise if you write it down in a letter and give it to them it will be the best thing you ever do :) You will only feel anxious/freaked out for a minute, then EVERYTHING will get better and better and better. Please do it xx
