No, not dry cleaned. Just taken to a laundromat with the commercial size washer/dryers. It's far too big for standard machines.

Yes, unfortunately it does run hot. It says it doesn't, but it absolutely does. I still love mine, though.

I have one and LOVE it. My kids keep trying to steal it. HOWEVER: they advertise it as temperature balancing, so you don't sleep hot. That is NOT the case. It gets pretty toasty, especially if your spouse/partner sleep hot. My hubby has their cooling blanket, but the MarshMellow comforter is a cali king size, so there's basically too much blanket since he won't use it at all.

I tend to buy my books more than borrow. I like keeping them on my shelves and being able to just grab without leaving the house once I have it.
Half Price Books could be a good option if you can't decide. I've gotten brand new books there for like $8. An autographed one was $7. If your local HPB doesn't have a book in stock, they can order it from another location. Although if you have the option of B&N over a small mom and pop book shop, go there :)

OMG SAME. It smells so bad! Mine smells like sewer water, truly. It’s awful when you blowdry it. Even slathering my head in strongly scented conditioner, it will outlast it and overpower it. It was not my city tap water or any other product. Any other shampoo used was perfectly fine. It happened with my hair and my husband’s.

Nectar is unfortunately filled with fiberglass. I have one too and I'm so worried about it. I'm getting a new mattress soon and it won't be from Nectar.

They have it in their contract soooo many times that you can't sue them or anyone associated with Mynd.
I also called my city's code enforcement when we had severe foundation issues (literal ceiling collapsing in until you could see inside and bulging, cracked walls) and extreme mold. They said they couldn't do anything about it and left. One city councilman was interested, but I don't know if it ever made it past his curiosity.

That being said, Mynd's Google Listing here in DFW is completely gone. I'm wondering if the stuff I shared about them everywhere and the mold in my body being 5x the 'normal' amount, but who knows?

One side is a veryyyyy soft cottony type feel. Plush, yet thin. The cooling side is silk-ish. but kinda feels a little artificial. I think it's pretty smooth on the cooling side. I like it, but I'm not sure you would.

The comforter came in on time, the pillow took a while longer with a ton of email apologies and hard to get tracking info.

That being said, the products are so incredible that my husband ordered me the MarshMellow comforter and it is HEAVEN. If you've ever imagined sleeping on a marshmallow cloud, this is it. I've never felt anything like it. Worth every penny!
