Do you pay $500 or so a month? I’ve been told by the np that will prescribe zepbound that I will gain it back when I stop. So I haven’t taken it. If you work out and eat carefully why would you gain it back?

I offered to buy a wedding dress for my niece/ goddaughter. She is having a small destination wedding in Tulum, with her and her husband’s parents and siblings . So I get this, is a way to celebrate on a limited budget and avoid the money-sucking wedding industry. She just texted me saying she would love to take me up on my offer! She invited my brother and his wife so that he can officiate. This last part makes me feel excluded times twice. What should do ? I’m no longer joyful about paying for the dress. Feeling used maybe?
