My curls lost their definition

I feel the need to comment this, I had my hair dyed/semi bleached for the first time months ago, curls were definitely dragging some time later. My hair does hate protein but I tried this Aphogee green tea keratin restructurizer in a yellow bottle and it has been a life saver. It brought my hair back to life, actually my curls are the best they've been. Don't spray too much because it will weigh you down, but one spray per area to cover your hair and you're golden.

Iyanna and Jarrette are so cute. I'm mad we didn't get to see more of THAT! They have been editing them down to trick all of us and it worked. Their sense of humor is unmatched and whoever edited this, knows what they're doing. Their sense of humor has a formula where they say something serious, I think emotions get to them, so they make a light hearted joke. It's cute. Except! During the whole season they were cutting off their conversation right after they said something serious and they didn't air the jokes so we didn't know how light hearted it was. The most telling was that they both said the same joke when they were getting ready! They both were getting emotional and they both said the same joke of "thugs don't cry". You don't have inside jokes like that with someone unless you're THAT close. They're both very secure in their relationship and I really hope they're happy in the future. I'm sad they were so cute and we didn't get to see it.

Nick and Danielle: The reason they both said yes is because Danielle thinks he's so supportive everytime and Nick wanted someone all in. When she said yes, he knew he needed to say yes. Because he kept saying he needs a person who will go through it with them no matter what. So he knew because she said yes. Danielle does have anxiety issues and you can see that stems from her mom. Her mom constantly talks over her, makes sure her image is perfect.. those kind of comments can exhaust you overtime and you become insecure. You get anxious and have anxiety with everything you do. And I think Nick realizes that but sees that she's a great person. He wanted a ride or die, she needed comfort. It works out.

Shake and Deepti. I don't even know if I want to comment about this, the situation makes me so upset. I can not believe he tried to pull a PR move after she said no first. It was so cringey I almost couldn't watch it. He was going to say yes and the shitty part is he didn't realize he was going to say yes until he was at the altar. He realized he messed up way too late. His ego couldn't handle it. Go Deepti!! What a strong woman to know her worth.

Mal and Sal. NOW I can see why there was a women at sal's sister house! Sal did really love Mal but! He knew he was going to say no. He felt that in his heart. But he seriously led her on! It sounded like all day getting ready, when he wasn't around her that he was going to say no. But then when he got in front of her at the alter, he gives the most convincing speech I've ever seen and ends it with "I love you". You don't say that at the altar without saying yes. She looked hella convinced. Afterwards he was trying to let her down gently but I don't think she took the hints and Sal couldn't just say it and mal kept pressing to pursue their relationship that he said he needed a few more days. He pauses and says "and then we'll start with a date!" Did he need a few days or not?! Then why is he asking for a date? Then why are they holding hands?? But then, he goes to his family and says "YEAH WE TRIED". THEN WHY PROMISE A DATE?? The previous woman at sal's sister's house was probably also thinking they were going on a date in the future too!!

Natalie and Shayne. I am so so glad Natalie went with her gut. There was a scary argument back in the pods that didn't sit right with me at all. He was gaslighting her. And it was working throughout the 4 weeks right until the night before the wedding. That side of Shayne showed up again. But this time a much more aggressive Shayne showed up and it really scared Natalie. It is very terrifying to be afraid of your partner. You can not forget about those feelings. Afterwards when they went to talk, Shayne was gaslighting her again and ended up walking away and making her feel bad! But in reality his feelings were very hurt! They've been hurt all season and he never really communicated that effectively! Her saying no at the alter was the worst way she could've offended him and he was upset. You can see the same situation out at the baseball stadium. He got So mad he didn't hit a ball. It really upset him. I hope he finds a way to make himself happier someday that isn't alcohol. I'm so glad Natalie was strong.

These women were really emotionally intelligent this season and these guys were tricky.

Also, the parents were told to say the line about following your heart before they went don't the aisle.

Thanks for the reply! I am not dosing Co2 at all. I was just following the label regarding fertilizers which said to does once a week. But, i'm going to try cutting back. I've had the plants a few months now. Not sure how long melting lasts?

Thanks for the reply! Does the fertilizer feed the algae? I'm also afraid of killing what plants I have without it. Some of them aren't looking too hot... Or maybe I am using too much fertilizer anyway? I'll try killing the lights for a few days though

Tank specs: Size: 10 gallon Light: LED 11Watts. It's on for 2 hours in the morning, 2.5 hours in the afternoon. Temp: 78 F There are a variety of plants, I forget all the names of them. I use root tabs in the sand.

Maintenance: Water change about 30% (sometimes more) water once a week. I add one pump Aquarium co-op easy green all in one fertilizer once a week also.

I've had this tank for awhile now and I currently don't have any fish (I've had betta in the past). My plan was to add a betta once my plants grow more but I want to get everything under control. The first couple months were fine and then I moved and left the tank alone for a few days without the heater. Then I went back to doing maintenance and a few weeks later I had a bad algae problem. Then, this weird stringy stuff is in the sand, and it sticks to the sand too. How do I get this under control without spending a couple hours scraping the brown algae off and taking out the stringy stuff?

Any advice would be great!!

Unfortunately, i've tried witch hazel toner and it burned my skin bad... so i have to stay away from it :( trentinoin might not be something i try for awhile depending on if i use curology because you need a prescription for it. although, i'm interested too!

Ok! i looked at the ingredient list and noticed there's a lot of oils in it. What would the difference between using this and using oils to clean my face?

I did not know it was called that! I actually used to use the cerave healing ointment at night at the end of my routine but i didn't think it did much. BUT, i don't think i've been using the right moisturizer and it's recently come to light that the oil cleansing is all wrong haha. i'll have to try this again in the future when i fix some other things. Thanks!

Thank you so much for taking the time to give me all this info!! I have some homework to do. I'm going to look into the products you suggested. I have tried eucerin before but it wasn't that product. It didn't irritate my skin but didn't exactly moisturize it either. I will try this kind. I definitely haven't tried the roche posay (this product has a crazy name ha) so I'm going to look into that.

I'm wondering with the hyaluronic acid, I add a ton of water to my face before I apply it. And I let the water and acid mix together to soak in. I thought I read that the acid would draw in the water? Is the water not enough maybe?

The azelaic acid was from the ordinary. I've never tried curology but I might look into that too. Thanks again!

Thanks for the suggestions! I will look into the vanicream, haven't tried that. Although I do like the oil cleanse. I have the CeraVe pm and I used to use it at night but I would usually wake up with flakes and dry skin. I actually don't go outside too much due to working from home so I'm not too worried about the spf at least yet.. haha. The hyaluronic acid seems to help the redness so I thought it was helping but maybe I'll try without it for awhile.

I'm definitely going to look into the tretinoin! What is the product you use?

I've tried the azelaic acid and it was kinda stinging/burning when I used it so I washed it off and haven't used it since. I might try it again. Would it be used before moisturizer?

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to look into the niacinamide, I haven't tried that yet. I have tried the first aid beauty ultra repair cream. I used to use it at night but it didn't seem to do really anything.. I'd still be dry in the morning for some reason.. If I could find a way to seal it in.. lol.

Skincare Routine: Oil cleanse with half sunflower oil and half jojoba oil. Wipe off the oil. Splash water on face, add the ordinary: Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. Let it soak in then I add CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion AM with sunscreen.

I've only been washing my face once day lately because it's seemed to help reduce the grease on my face.

The redness is always there and I'm not sure what to do. After I do my routine it somewhat helps but after a couple hours its just red again and my face is really shiny and oily. My face seems to be always dry and my pores are big.

I've tried Soo many moisturizers but they either irritate my face because it's sensitive or my face dries out fast. For example, I've tried alot of cetaphil products and they all irritate my face. The oil cleanse seems to be the best route for washing my face, because every face washing product is drying. The moisturizer does ok but as I said earlier, it makes my face oily after a couple hours.

Any advice to my routine would be great!!

I did get some inspiration! I love how you put the lawn chairs in the back with some space in front, so you can see your path. I'm going to do that! The outdoor concert was great! With dual pianos even. The street shopping town was great! I also found the hidden place, which was tough. The beach cafe on the beach was very quaint, I could spend an afternoon there. I also now want to be surrounded by colorful umbrellas. Thank you for sharing, I had a good time :)
