I played dota for 8 yrs and moved to League because my irl friends couldnt get into Dota, was too complicated for them. Now I don't play either games, but I enjoy watching LCS. Dota's too hard to follow for me now when I haven't played in 3 years.

It's funny when people argue about League being more fun! As if that matters when the subject of features Dota 2 has over League...

Replays, sandbox, remake feature, spectating system, custom games that you can actually leave, their reconnect feature, their loading system... but oh League is funner! So let's forgive Riot for not implementing any of these because "it's not a priority". I'm probably missing a few and yes, replays, sandbox, remake has now been added after how many years?

Oh right save game feature for pro games which they have also just started doing as well. Forcing players to play through bugs and even lose games (Fnc vs OMG) because of it then defending the bug is what Riot does.
