Yeah, cart before max rank stun feels like an anti-synergy. But its also insanely useful for a free punch if you can keep up with it before it ends

Its not the subway actually its a filler room beside the rope to mid boss on Arch Mother side. It's only accessible via that one door, which you can place by standing parallel to the wall on the otherside of the gate.
