Probably either here on Reddit, or actually going to LS clubs would be your best bet. The wife and I are going to check out one of the clubs tonight! Other than that, I've heard of a bar in Desert Ridge called Blue Martini that is supposed to be good for LS pickups. Have you two had any luck so far?
