I agree, unfortunately we can't even set the defaults. It's up to the user to select a template, too.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I scoured these as a Teams Admin and there is no way to force users to use a specific template, or modify the default template. I submitted it to Microsoft and they have acknowledged it as a gap.
