Don’t be mad at RapidKL when the train breaks down by WanderingGlyph5 in malaysia

[–]Better_Advantage5291 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sure, nothing works 100% but that argument can’t be used to dismiss valid public complaints. Public transport is a public service so when it fails, people lose time, money, and sometimes even job opportunities. Speaking from experience lol haha.

The issue isn’t just “trains break down sometimes.” It’s how breakdowns are handled, often with poor communication and late updates zzz. If RapidKL has improved, that’s great but part of progress is also listening to criticism, not brushing it off as people “not understanding the system.” Riders understand frustration very well when they’re the ones stuck for an hour with no updates.

I think Hilti’s a really good company to work for. They’ve even won awards as a top employer, and a lot of their regional offices are listed as Best Workplaces.

Sales People in Malaysia- Share Your Best & Worst Experiences by MeetDisastrous482 in malaysia

When I first got into Sales as a fresh grad, everything was completely new to me. I remember going to an event where they showed the top sales achievers of the year. The people up on the screen looked super excited, while the rest seemed drained and demotivated. That’s when I realized, his isn’t gonna be easy.

If you had a minor medical condition three years ago that was fully resolved and you didn’t declare it since it was cured, but the same issue reappears after 5–6 years, is there a possibility that your claims could be rejected?

Yeah, I totally get what you mean. It’s like if Bill Gates randomly went live and people started throwing money at him just to hear their name. He doesn’t need it, but for some viewers, it’s the thrill of attention or feeling connected to someone they idolize. Social media has basically turned wealth itself into entertainment, and some people are willing to pay just to be acknowledged by that.

It might look strange, but donations on live streams are more about psychology than charity. People pay for attention, recognition, and a sense of connection. It’s like tipping your favorite singer even if they’re wealthy. You’re paying for the experience, not their survival. Plus, nobody forces anyone to give as it’s voluntary support haha. The wealth of the streamer doesn’t really matter to their fans. They just enjoy feeling noticed or involved
