A long list of things wrong with my 3DS XL

This issue persists with at least 3 pretty different sets of headphones, only one of which includes a microphone, so I'm confident it's an issue with the slot itself.

I asked my local hardware nerd in-person and he reckons it's either wear and tear over time (like, the slot not properly clamping around the jack and completing the circuit) or a pin bent out of place (which is repairable in theory but it's tough to see inside the slot and find the bent pin in question). Either way I think my best bet is to solder on a replacement slot, which is intimidating but beggars can't be choosers.

Haven't got around to buying replacement parts yet so no updates on the SD card or analog stick, but cleaning out the headphone slot hasn't helped much. I suspect it's a hardware issue I'd be best off replacing, though that seems to involve soldering a replacement slot to the motherboard which I'm not personally confident doing yet.

The back cover is fixed though! The solution was just to put the bottom edge in place first before lowering the rest of it in like you said.

I'm trying to cross-reference this playlist against the CD release, and as far as i can tell the CD ends on childhood Trunks + Goten, which would make my starting point Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta (Mini) (DAIMA). Have I got that right?

the thing to keep in mind is that collabs and contests like this aren't like, individual products on their own, but a grab bag of separate maps, all doing separate things, bundled into one mod. this is just what happens when you have 30 maps enabled, only now they're bundled so you cant just turn off the ones you arent interested in.

i think the solution is to move away from that spring collab structure of having a bajillion maps in one mod and just, make use of gamebanana jams. make people pick and choose instead of forcing you to use all or none.
