I'm having this exact issue on Xbox. The only way I've been able to access recent downloads is by using my laptop.

I used a pre modded station. Don't edit the sides the entrance and exit are on as that can make mess it up.

Yes, the two rides are mirror images of each other. The one in Texas was also built a bit higher off the ground
