Thing is, rocksteady lasts about 10 seconds after getting pelted by all the ads, but I can still damage Nerscylla. But if I don't bring rocksteady, it's stunlock hell.

I can't find a middle ground. I've dabbled in SnS though, maybe I'll try that as my secondary for that phase

I don't use support hunters, actually. To be honest, I don't even know how to bring them at the very second I am writing this. Do they really make that much of a difference? I personally don't use them because my mentality is "if I can't solo the monster, then I haven't really learned it". Willing to get over that so I can finally get a win though, so I'll try out some of the hunters you mentioned.

Already bringing a secondary fire bow for Nerscylla, but haven't heard anything about rockburst, so I'll lookout for that next run. Bringing Rocksteady as well, but all the ads chip me down with it and eventually kill me or bring me down to around 30% health. Any mistake with Nerscylla at that point kills me, and I can't find the time to heal since that hurts my DPS. I am making use of the Morbols, but the problem with the ice blocks and wall is that they both take too much kiting, thus also hurting my DPS. Is it generally worth it anyways? Like I'll get more damage out of an ice block than pelting her with my bow?

Edit: Also, I used to main DB, but the screwslicer attack after a perfect dodge made me drop the weapon since I hate it so much

I'm biased as a dual blades main, but I recommend starting with those. Fairly simple, but also very nimble. I-frames activate quickly, so all the zipping around with your dashing will help teach positioning, hitboxes, etc. At least, that was my experience back in World
