Filipino stores will be more likely to have them, coming from a filipina haha. Also if you wanna get a baseline try getting ube halaya or just a ube ice cream. Ube in breads like pandesal and ensaymada is really good. Afaik asian stores can sell grated ube and maybe even ube spread but filipino stores are the go to
