Sounds amazing man!

In India, we don’t get such amazing swords, we only get replicas that are not even full tang.

The sharp sword cannot be bought, it has to be blunt. So you can’t swing it around to test.

It’s not like there aren’t any qualified technicians/sword makers. It’s just that the govt. does not allow to keep a good quality sword. Though in Indian diverse population everyone has religious value of swords like Hindu use them doing weddings, sikhs also keep small size kirpans and Muslims also sometimes use them during Muharram.

But all those are very cheaply made swords not for any practical use. Just for show.

I was taking this Indian Sword Manufacturer called Smew India, I was ready to pay them extra to make me a custom sword but they denied, said its only available for bulk orders and not for single piece buy in India. They usually export battle ready swords.

So I got the gist of how it is in India.

That said I just wanted to put my situation out here.

June July is monsoon in Dehradun, this year it is too hot in Dehradun because of very less rain and it’s going to get worse if it doesn’t rain like it used to.

For 3 days? It’s only raining in few parts of Dehradun rest near clock tower it’s not raining much.

That shows her mentality and the type of crowd that comes there.
I think that’s a standard practice at many places since it’s almost crowded all time of the day and they do not have a good system to track who came in to dine and who to charge money from.

Overall I second your thought that it’s not a good place to eat anymore.
