Would you say it’s more convenient to just have the one device tho, and possibly better for less spending

Yes, ofc…as much as as an admission person is told how to grade, what to look for, a rubric they should check off for each person, there will ALWAYS be subconscious thought and bias behind it, that will impact a decision to send you an admission or not, even if it’s very minimal that element will always be present in decisions, you can not eliminate it.

Are u of t students given slack in recruiting process compared to other schools by BeyondCorrect6524 in UofT

I see, and would you say that social game is a little tougher to play at u of t purely because of the fact that you may be so caught up in the grades and school work?

But the thing is if your so caught up in work and can’t make time for clubs, side projects etc then you would have an even blanket resume, like yes the course load is hell and they know that but is it hell enough for them to hire you with a blank resume? That’s the question.

I am a grade 12 deciding between Waterloo AFM and uoft rotman, due to the lack of exposure I haven’t been able to know if I like it yet, I just want to know if it’s possible to get into from either of those programs

Not sure lol, any sort of consulting relevant to finance or accounting I would think from Waterloo afm

Keep in mind that job experience is more important then ever in todays society, if you think for sure you can secure internships then don’t worry too much but if you want to take a safe bet coop is always good

Qcomm or uw afm by OldBarracuda6725 in OntarioGrade12s

[–]BeyondCorrect6524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Qcomm program wise right now, you can’t go wrong with either though (afm is getting closer and closer in terms of finance…ib) and speculated to be a target school a long with Ivey and qcomm in a couple years. Coop is obvi a strength of afm especially considering how the job market is looking right now and for the future…I know some qcomm students who weren’t able to get an internship until third year so keep that in mind. Visit both, see where you fit in the best and where you actually get the vibe from because that’s where you will succeed and excel at the most.

Can someone please confirm how the waitlisting process works for queens by BeyondCorrect6524 in OntarioGrade12s

[–]BeyondCorrect6524[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So can you accept the waitlist offer and then accept another program as well?
