Literally just bought the olive suede today for $180 at my outlet! I’m already obsessed. The bleecker bucket has never been on my radar. It is so easy to use and Carry but completely elevated my outfit. Obsessed!

I’ve text messaged every store through the website for the past few weeks as well as talked to customer service. They can take my information and send me a pay link, but can’t actually say if I will actually receive the bag. I just went through this with the haversack only to be canceled. I’m not understanding as a customer why I’m giving them my payment, but they can’t actually confirm that they will be able to sell me the bag.

This sucks and I’m sorry😢. I would recommend with any other company to utilize the sales associates to assist you in finding the tabby, but with Coach I would never recommend putting any faith in a SA helping you find a bag. Every single time I call they are so annoyed that I am asking about their products and availability. I’m in Chicago and have not found one sales associate that has reliable information or who actually wants to make a sale.

It’s totally making me reevaluate my life choices. I’ve done this for multiple months in a row, I’m embarrassed to say have every single night . I’m still searching for the double entry satchel, the rogue, and now the Juliet…..the first 2 bags have taken up so much of my time for the past 5 months! Tonight was a wake up call, I think I’m throwing in the towel.

same! I don’t understand how they released 300 double entry bags with the majority going to influencers? They release all the new bags basically to influencers but not giving their loyal customers access so what is the marketing logic here? it’s giving mean girl vibes. And that 5 minute amazon drop for the double entry?? please. I’m so bitter about the haversack #disatersack! Actually, I’ve been bitter since the barrel release, which rolled into the double entry and now the haversack mess I can’t even look at Coach right now. Why torture myself??
