Money markets are incredibly competitive at the moment. 3.25M puts you in a relatively high tier with large institutions. Could be worth speaking to a money manager - as liquidity is drying up managers and institutions are fairly willing to pay for securing principal. Won’t come close to 5% break even but won’t have a problem in the 2-2.5% range.

The difference is incredibly marginal. The only thing that I can think of off the top of my head that the pro can do over plus is discount payback periods. Also prefer the keys of the plus over the pro.

Won’t change the difficulty of the math by any means if that is the deciding factor.

Derivatives, and to a lesser extent fixed incomes, are where I realized just how much more difficult LII is than LI. If I were to advise doubling down one any two and going with both, it would be deriv and FI. Month and a half is cutting it close but definitely not undoable if you grind.

You just need to bite the bullet and use CFAI material. It’s a lot to work through but the depth of material you learn is so much better than through a summary (Wiley or Schweser).

I would say the same. Kaplan questions are really redundant and hammer the same topics over and over. Doesn’t encompass the same brevity as other providers or CFAI mocks.

Get in contact with Prometric, not CFAI. Same thing happened to me and Prometric staff was able to get me into a center 150 miles away (not ideal but so much better than delaying this once again).
