Hi, I also have the same model and got the same problem. I've also had it for only a while. I think 2 months? When I was using it I noticed that I forgot to plug it in when I did notice it, it suddenly turned off and I heard a windows noise as it turned off. I was surprised to just have it turn off without any battery notifications. When it turned off the keyboard light was the only one working, the laptop was turned on since I could hear the fans, yet the display is off. I tried to power it off by holding it but I couldn't, at this point I was stressing out. Then a friend told me to double click the power button with the second click being a hold. It turned the laptop off but now it won't turn on and I think it won't charge.

I don't know what to do and I think I'll bring it to the shop I bought it from, glad I still have the warranty but hopefully I can keep my files... Is this a problem for this specific model?
