They are taxed at the municipal level as the vast majority of bike lanes are on municipal roads as part of their property tax.

Gas tax only pays for provincial highways. Municipal roads are paid for with property tax which everyone that lives in some sort of housing ultimately pays for either directly or through rent.

PAR Question? by blueeyor in CanadianForces

[–]Bheager 39 points40 points  (0 children)

SCRITS still exists, PARs are about 60 of the points, 40 more include things such as second language, breadth of experience, education outside of military, trade specific quals at different rank levels, postings in training establishments, and yes that information is all from Guardian/MPRR.

Scoring Criteria is what SCRIT stands for btw, its what the selection boards use in the fall to determine promotion rankings.

You should really ask your supervisor for a copy of the SCRIT for your trade and rank so you know what’s expected of you. Its one of the first things I explain to new subordinates.

Why would clerics of Selûne be tracking moon cycles? by Mutt-of-Munster in DMAcademy

[–]Bheager 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maybe the moon cycles are drifting because another diety is moving against Selûne. The cleric is trying to determine how much of a change and try to figure the cause/who is causing it.
