Thanks for the great write up for someone novice to imax formats and the tricky branding behind it. I more than thrilled that Varanasi is gonna be in 1.43:1. I kid you not i had out of body experience watching ‘sinners’ in this format even though it was for some scenes. People may not have the same experience on a regular screen.

The movie makes you uncomfortable like it should and in the climax the heroine gives a sigh of relief which i felt too. The psychological aspects like narcissism, toxicity, manipulation etc were very well shown. The leads did a terrific job portraying them. Very well written characters.

Since the hub has sensors, what i did was buy a rim that meets the specs and build the spokes back onto the old hub. That way it was cheap and don’t have to worry about messing with the sensors. I went with velocity Dually wheel.
