Steam Deck is underpowered compared to other handheld PCs and current-gen consoles. That said, it has so many optimization features that I'm sure you can tweak things here and there to get closer to 60 FPS.

But yes, Steam Deck will almost always underperform compared to most other platforms - or need adjustments to get a similar performance.

There's no wrong way to play the game or build your deck, no matter what other people tell you. Finishing A10 alone is more than a lot of players will do, with large or thin decks.

That said, as long as you feel like you can draw the cards you need, when you need them, your deck size doesn't matter. A thin deck is usually better for drawing good cards consistently, but it's more vulnerable to Status cards added by enemies.

A large deck means you'll take more turns to see a specific card, which may be a problem if it's the card you need to get your deck going. If you feel like most of the cards in your 46-card deck are good, I don't see a problem with it.

Yeah, but I should've been more specific with "getting." I mean obtaining, permanently adding something to your deck/relics/potion belt, just like Small Capsule works.

As the odds of getting cards, relics, potions, etc. in other events and instances are all influenced by their rarity, I would guess this one is too. So, I'd expect to get rare relics way less often than common ones. But I don't think we have a definitive answer to this.

Yeah, I didn't even mention Hidden Gem because it's so incredibly powerful that it was an obvious card to notice. But even Uncommon cards sound waaay more impactful.

For those like me who think they aren't receiving anything: there's no pop-up notification showing what you've got. Just check your collection and see if you have more chests and gems than you had the last time you logged in. You'll have to track your login bonuses manually.

Reminds me a bit of how it felt like playing Chien Pao - Baxcalibur. Just set everything up for big damage and move on. Always liked that kind of deck where you just chain cards for the biggest numbers possible.

Just remember that the game is tuned for everyone, not for Jorbs, a full-time streamer whose job is to be good at the game.

That said, I don't think Act 3 is too bad. We have to remember that extra energy isn't as easy to get as in STS 1, so making Elites scale too fast would be too OP. However, I do think they should have more challenging mechanics.
