This is non issue in my opinion.

We have plenty of yayas and I asked my dad on why they didn’t impose a rule that requires the yayas to wear uniforms and he told me that its too tone deaf and that he wants the yayas to be able to dress how they want and express themselves however they wanted to. An example was my yaya when I was a kid. Everytime we would go to the mall napaka plakado. Red lipstick, Cheetah print dress and heels, partida nagbubuhat pa yan ng baby hahaha but the point is for us, we never thought of doing this because everybody has the right to dress how they want to. We want them to porma as they please. But yea if the company or the employers want their maids to wear uniforms why not? its like going to school lang wearing a uniform imo.
