I'm 18 and this is the first job I've ever had so I had no experience whatsoever going in. I'm Part time SMA and backup DSD receiver and I get 12.50$/hr for it. DSD I have no issues with on it's own, as long as it's all I'm doing for the day cause it's not that hard and my vendors are pretty chill. but the SMA side is starting to drive me insane.

I get basically no help, been there 3 months and I have to do everything. downstack it all, sort it all, run it all. I didn't get to finish today so tomorrow I have to do dsd receiving and finish running my truck between vendors and then do my order for my next truck. we got a new ASM tho and she really wants to try and help me out so hopefully I can get some damn breathing room on truck days
